Excellent job

Emissions and safety checks in VA are generally inconvenient and an embarrassment to the state (please institute formalized centers like MD and even OH have), but Pimmit makes it as painless as I’ve managed to find. Like all inspection centers, you should heed the inspection hours, arrive early, and expect to wait for your car to be seen. That being said, they have a small waiting area and they’re quick and efficient. Bonus: they do testing on Saturday, which not every inspection center did. I’d recommend this place to others if they had testing to be done.

Highly recommend. I use this Sunoco for my oil changes, emissions & state inspections, along with various other car services. I’ve always had a wonderful experience with the staff and crew who make me feel confident in the quality of their work.

Reliable and timely service with good communication. Brough both of my cars in for significant work with their new mechanic and he was able to accurately diagnose and fix both cars. Saved me from having to purchase a new car!

The team here was great! Went for safety inspection and also needed new wiper blades. All completed quickly and everyone was really nice!

Non customer but was really in a pinch with having to go to bathroom and staff was kind and nice and let me use bathroom with no complaints would recommend for good customer service

I live alone. One of my most difficult challenges is to find mechanic shops that treat women like a client and they dont look at female customers as if they find an ATM card without a PIN. The staff are professional and more importantly kind and helpful. More impressive is KB ( manager) who does not over promise. He tells you the way it is and not what you want to hear. I ended up there after I had a busted tire on a Friday afternoon. Because of KB , Monday morning before noon I was in my car, on the road again. I strongly recommend them and I will be definitely back.

Inspection and emissions testing was thorough and quick! There was a long line of people in front of me but it moved so fast. Each car takes 15-20 mins if there aren’t any/a lot of issues. Very professional service team members.

Normally do my emissions/safety check here and it's always a smooth experience. Just did an emissions test and was in/out in 10 minutes.

I went for emissions inspection,.they were quick and responsive to my concerns. I could register at DMV same day.

Quick and easy inspection!

The service is amazing! I’ve been to this Auto body shop 4 different times and they’ve helped with everything from changing a bulb to replacing car doors. The staff is very helpful and understanding and Khan, the manager, is the best! They provide the best service and fairest pricing in the DMV area. I will ALWAYS recommend.

Very nice and quick inspection! I have been coming here since 2011 and every time it’s a great experience! I get to do my shopping at Trader Joe’s while waiting. So convenient!

Went here week of 12/10 with a nail in the tread of my tire. NO TIRE SHOP AROUND would even try to repair cause it was in the “sidewall” [it was on the outer part of the tread) After two days of this I went to The Pimmit Hills Sunoco, hey took one look at it, said “yells of course we can fix that”, and fixed it that day. I’ll be taking as much of my car work as I can to here now. They don’t BS around.
